Ingredients

• 2/3 cup boiling water
• 2 cups Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 20 cookies)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1 pkg (3 oz) Jell-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
• 1 (8 oz) pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed, divided
• 1 pound strawberries, sliced
• Blueberries (optional)

Directions

1. In a small bowl, stir boiling water into dry gelatin and mix at least 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.

2. Cool 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Meanwhile, Mix cookie crumbs and butter.

4. Press into 9 inch spring form pan.

5. Set aside.

6. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese on medium speed until creamy.

7. Gradually add prepared galtain mixture beating well after each addition.

8. Gently stir in 2 cups whipped topping. Divide mixture in half.

9. Top cookie mixture with half of gelatin mixture.

10. Layer 2 cups sliced strawberries over gelatin mixture and top with remaining gelatin mixture.

11. Top with remaining Cool Whip.

12. Garnish with remaining strawberries and blueberries if desired.
