No-bake power snack bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup milled flaxseed
  • 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together and stir until blended.

  2. Spread mixture into an 8 X 8 inch pan and refrigerate until ready to serve.

  3. To serve, cut into 2 X 2 inch squares.
