Salmon with Dijon Sauce

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 4 6 oz. salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 C French's Dijon Mustard
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 3 TBS lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

Directions

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.

  2. Place into greased baking dish, skin side down.

  3. Mix remaining ingredients.

  4. Reserve 1/2 C sauce. Spread remaining sauce over salmon.

  5. Bake Salmon at 400 F for 10 to 15 min. until salmon is cooked through. Serve with the reserved mustard sauce.
