Cilantro-Lime Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked rice, brown or white
  • 1 tsp lime zest, minced (from 1 small lime)
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 tbsp finely minced cilantro

Directions

  1. Toss lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro with the cooked rice. Serve warm or cold.
