Ingredients
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 t. paprika
- 3 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 8 wedges each
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 16-oz. container sour cream
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 T. chives
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

In a 9" pie plate combine flour, cheese and paprika. Mix well. Dip potatoes in milk and then in flour mixture. Place skin side down on a jelly roll pan, or small cookie sheet with sides. Drizzle with margarine.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender and browned.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, stir together sour cream, bacon, chives and garlic powder.

Arrange hot potato wedges in a fan around a bowl with dip.
