Ingredients
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 49 1/2-oz. can chicken broth
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 8-oz. jar Cheez Whiz
Directions

Place vegetables in a kettle with chicken broth. Cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Gradually add milk to flour; stir into broth mixture, stirring while thickening. Add Cheez Whiz, salt and pepper, stirring while cheese melts.
