Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked and cooled quinoa
- 1 (10 oz.) package cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup fresh, chopped cilantro
- 2 medium avocados, cut into chunks
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste

Step 1 – Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl and serve.

Note: This will definitely need some salt. But I leave it up to you to decide how much.
