Pea and ham soup (ww)

Ingredients
- 2 Tsp sunflower oil
- 1 leek
- 1 garlic clove
- 250g potatoes diced
- 1 litre veg stock
- 250g frozen peas
- 200g ham, chopped
- 4 tbsp very low fat from age frais
Directions

Heat the oil in a large saucepan add to the leek and cook for five minutes until soft and add the garlic and potatoes and cook for two minutes stirring all the time add the stock bring to the boil and simmer for five minutes or until the potatoes are tender

Add the peas bring back to the boil and simmer for five minutes whizz the soup with a blender stir the ham into the soup and simmer until hot check the seasoning stir in the from frais
