Ingredients
- 10 eggs
- 3 cloves garlic
- package sliced mushrooms
- bunch of asparagus, sliced in small pieces
- half onion, finely diced
- shredded chedder
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 piece leftover italian sausage (leftover)
Directions

Preheat over to 350

Saute mushrooms in olive oil

Add asparagus, onion, garlic, and sausage and cook 1-2 minutes

Turn down to low
-
Mix eggs and add salt and pepper

Add egg mixture to veggies
-
Cook on low to med/ low for 10 minutes or until in starts to set
-
Put in over for 10 minutes or until done

Run knife around edge to loosen
