Ingredients
- 1 cup (3 oz.) short pasta (penne works great)
- 1/3 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta, following the package directions, until al dente.

Meanwhile, in a small mixing bowl, beat together the yogurt, egg, 2 tablspoons of the Parmesan, and the salt, cinnamon and cayenne.

Drain the pasta, and immediately add it to the yogurt mixture. Toss to combine. Top with the remaining 1 tablespoon Parmesan and a few grinds of black pepper.
