Ingredients
- 3/4 C. canola oil
- 4 T. grated Parmesan
- 1/4 t. salt & pepper
- 1/4 t. sugar
- Pinch of paprika
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
Directions

Place the oil, Parmesan, salt, pepper, sugar, paprika, lemon juice and garlic into a jar. Shake it up and store in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours before serving.

Serve the dressing with any green salad; also works well on pasta salad.
