Ingredients
- 2 CUPS RASPBERRIES
- 1/4 CUP SUGAR
- 1 ENVELOPE UNFLAVORED GELATIN
- 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 2 CUPS CREAM WHIPPED(MAKING 4)

reserve 1/2 cup of the berries

In a saucepan put remainder of berries and the sugar… over medium heat till liquid. Add the lemon juice and stir in the gelatin. Let set for 5 minutes.

Beat cream till stiff. Add some to the raspberry mixture and stir in. Fold in the remaining whipped cream then fold in the remaining raspberries. Pile into nice glass dishes.
