Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (9 oz) Buitoni refrigerated four cheese ravioli
  • 1 jar (16 oz) mild salsa
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Heat salsa and black beans in medium saucepan; gently fold in pasta. Top with cheese and cilantro.
