Ingredients
- kale
- t tbs olive oil
- sea salt
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbs chopped onion
- 1/4 lime squeeze
- 1/2 tomato
Directions

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Wash and dry kale, break into chip size pieces. Drizzle kale with 1 Tbs. olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes.

Mash together 1/2 avocado, 1 Tbs. chopped onion, 1/4 lime squeeze, 1/2 tomato diced, pinch cilantro leaves, pinch sea salt.
