Brown rice couscous salad 3

Serves 1 people

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Brown Rice Couscous ! 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt " 1/4cup Carrot, sliced 1/4Cucumber, sliced 1/4 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Directions

  1. In a sauce pan combine % cup water, olive oil and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and pour in couscous. Stir thoroughly and cover. Let stand for five minutes. Fluff with a fork and add vegetables. Stir and serve.
