Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick melted butter
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Mix all ingredients, except hash browns.

Once mixed, add to potatoes.

Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan.

Add crushed potato chips or corn flakes on top if you want some crunch.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
