Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients, except hash browns.

  3. Once mixed, add to potatoes.

  4. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch pan.

  5. Add crushed potato chips or corn flakes on top if you want some crunch.

  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
