Ingredients
- 12 cups chicken broth or 6 (14 1/2 oz.) cans
- 2 cups diced chicken
- 1/3 onion (chopped fine)
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 bay leaf (small)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg of noodles (Reames Noodles are best – frozen section)
Directions

Mix and bring all ingredients together, except Noodles, and bring to a boil.

Add noodles and simmer 30 minutes.

Remove bay leaf before serving.

May want to add more broth if you’d like it soupier.
