Chicken, Shrimp and Vegitable Stirfry

Ingredients

  • 3 large chicken breast
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 cup mushrooms or 1 large can mushrooms
  • 1 can of bamboo shoots
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of five spice (really closer to 1/2 of 1/4 tsp)
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • Romen noodles

Directions

  1. Cook cut up chicken in olive oil with garlic powder and salt

  2. Add rest of vegetables

  3. Add spices and noodles

  4. May need to add some water as needed
