Crustless Tuna Pie

Make in cupcake holders for small individual pies

Cook time: 45 minutes
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tin shredded tuna
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 red pepper
- 2 ml cayenne pepper
- 2 ml parsley
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50 ml flour
- 200 ml milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Add peeled onion, and green and red peppers into a food processor and chop until finely chopped, but not pureed.

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour into baking dish, and bake at 180 degrees C until set.
