Curried Turkey Pita

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded roasted turkey or rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup halved grapes
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 scallion, sliced
  • 2 pita halves

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, and ⅛ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper. Mix in the turkey, grapes, celery, and scallion. Fill 2 pita halves with the salad just before serving.
