Ingredients
- 1 tender Sauthekayi / Cucumber
- 1/2 Cup Hesarubele / Green Gram Split
- 2tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Grated Coconut
- 3 Green Chilies, Chopped finely
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt to taste
- For the Seasoning:
- 2tsp Oil
- 1tsp Mustard Seeds
- Few Curry leaves
Directions

Peel and chop the Cucumber finely. Soak Green Gram for 40 minutes. Mix Cucumber, Green Gram, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies and Coconut and keep it aside.

Heat Oil in a pan and add the Mustard Seeds and when it splutters remove from heat and add the Curry Leaves. Add this to the Cucumber along with Salt and Lemon juice and mix well.
