Ingredients

• Cheese sharp grated 1 pound
• cake flour 2 1/2 cups (not sifted)
• butter 1 1/2 sticks melted, plus a little more
• Tabasco sauce 5-6 dashes
• salt
• pecans chopped (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 260 degrees

2. combine all ingredients except salt

3. knead without adding more flour

4. Using cookie press and big star form into roll

5. slice 1/4 inch thick

6. sprinkle with salt and nuts

7. bake center rack 40 minutes

8. Makes 100 straws
