Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar white
• 1/2 cup butter melted
• 4 tablespoons bourbon
• 1/4 cup corn starch
• 1 cup walnuts English chopped
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 uncooked pie shell deep dish
• 1 pint whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons bourbon

Directions

1. Beat eggs

2. Gradually add sugar

3. Add butter and bourbon

4. Blend in corn starch

5. Stir in nuts and choc chips

6. Pour into pie shell

7. Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes

8. Whip shipping cream

9. Add bourbon

10. Add 2 spoons of powdered sugar

11. Serve warm with whip cream

12. Pie can be frozen
