Chicken-Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Cups cooked rice
  • 2-3 Cups cooked chopped chicken
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 t fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Layer as follows in a 2,3 quart casserole

  2. Put rice on bottom, then chicken.

  3. Cover with mushroom soup, milk, mayo, lemon juice mixture

  4. Top with grated sharp cheese.

  5. Heat at 325-350 until very hot and bubbly.
