Ingredients
- 7-8 passionfruit
- 4 individual meringe nests crushed
- 250 g mascarpone
- 125 g strawberries
Directions

Crush 4 individual meringe nests in a bowl.

Divide among four 250 ml (1cup) capacity serving glasses.

Combine 1/4 cup passionfruit pulp and 250g mascarpone in a bowl. Spoon over the crushed meringe.

Top with 125g straberries, hulled, washed and halved.

Drizzle with extra passiofurit to serve.
