Frozen Cucumber Margarita

Ingredients

  • 2 cups ice
  • 5 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup, optional
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 small bunch fresh mint, leaves and tender stems only
  • 1/2 hothouse cucumber

Directions

  1. Combine the ice, tequila, triple sec, simple syrup if using, lime jice, mint and cucumber in a blender. Blend on medium speed until lightly frothy. Serve.
