Grilled Milkfish

Traditional Javanese – must be eaten with sambal

Ingredients
- 1 cleaned, scaled milkfish, cut into 3 chunks
- 1t salt
- 2t garlic fresh
- 2t ginger fresh
- 2t coriander ground
- 2t tumeric ground
Directions

Grind all the ingredients (except the fish) in a mortar and pestle with a little water, to make a thick paste.

Smear over the fish
