Honey Glazed Carrots with Cilantro

Ingredients
- 6 med carrots, halved lengthwise cut into 2"pcs
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 2c water
- 1tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- low sodium chicken broth or water
- 2tbsp finely chopped cilantro
Directions

In large skillet combine carrots and olive oil. Add just enough water to cover carrots about 2 c. Cook over medium-high until water is evaporated and carrots are tender, 15 min. cook tossing often until carrots are light golden, 2 min. Add honey and dry white wine, and chicken broth. Cook stirring and scraping up brown bits with a wooden spoon until carrots are glazed, 2 min. stir in cilantro.
