Ingredients
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 small red chile thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove thinly sliced
- 10 oz (10c) spinach
- coarse salt
- lemon wedges
Directions

Heat 2 tsp oil over med-high.

Add red chile and garlic cook until fragrant (30 sec).

Gradually add spinach, cook toss constantly until wilted 1-2 min.

Season with salt/ lemon.
