Roasted Salmon with Butter

Ingredients

  • 4tbsp unsalted butter
  • coarse s/p
  • 1 salmon filet 2-3lbs skin on
  • chopped fresh parsley leaves

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 475. Pleace butter on a rimmed bakin sheet and season with s/p. Place sheet in oven until butter melts about 1 min.

  2. Carefully remove sheet and place salmon on top of butter, skin side down, seats s/p. Return to oven.

  3. Roast until salmon is just cooked through 8-12 min. Check frequently. Flakes easy when done. Sprinkle with parsley when done.
