Cool Wings with Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 18 chicken wings (3lbs)
  • 1 envelope ranch soup mix
  • 1/2 c water
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • Red or green cayenne pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Cut tops off chicken wings. Cut in half at joints. Deep fry bake or broil until golden brown and crunchy.

  2. In small saucepan combine soup and water cook over low, stirr occasionally 2 min or until thickened. Remove from heat stir in margarine until melted.

  3. In large bowl toss cooked chicken wings with soup mix until evenly coated serve with hot sauce.
