Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cans low sodium Cream of Mushroom soup
- 6 eggs
- 1 16-18 oz bag shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- 4 florets of fresh broccoli
Directions

Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

Steam broccoli until soft, cut off stems and leaves, discard

Finely chop remaining head of broccoli put aside

Crack all 6 eggs in bowl and wisk with mayo well, add mushroom soup and stir well.

Add broccoli and shredded cheese mix well

place in 2 qt casserole dish and bake at for 45-1hour until light and fluffy cool 10 min bfr serving
