Ingredients

• 1 can refreid beans
• 2 Tblsp taco seasoning mix
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 can rotel tomatoes w/ green chilies
• 1 cup finely shredded lettuce
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 jalepeno deseaded and cut into thin semi-circles

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. In med size bowl mix can of refried beans and taco seasoning well

3. Spread bean mix onto bottom of 2 qt baking dish

4. Spread sour cream over beans

5. Sprinkle all cheese evenly over sour cream

6. Bake in oven for 15 min until cheese is melted

7. Let cool 10 min

8. Layer lettuce then tomatoes then jalepenos

9. serve with tostitoe scoops chips
