Ingredients

• 2 cups Bisquick
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1 lb sausage (hot or mild)
• 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese (optional

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. Mix Milk and Bisquick to make bicuit recipe

3. Roll out onto floured surface into a 1/4 inch thick rectangle.

4. Evenly spread sausage across rectangle and if using cheese sprinkle on top of sausage

5. Starting at one end roll contents up into a tight jelly roll.

6. Place in refrigerator for 30 min until firm

7. Cut off 1/4 in slices and bake on cookie sheet for 20 min until golden brown
