Ingredients
- 2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese (let sit out for 30 min to reach room temp)
- 16 oz can of crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 tsp Lawrys seasoning salt
- 2 tsp minced onion
- 1/3 cup minced green pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans and 1 cup of crushed pecans, seperated
Directions

Mix all except 1 cup of pecans well

Roll to form a ball

Spread remaining 1 cup of pecans on a large sheet of plastic wrap

Place formed ball onto pecans and roll to coat.

Wrap plastic wrap with pecans around ball and place on a plate in fridge overnight to set

Serve with crackers
