Ingredients

• 1 small onion chopped finely
• 4-6 stalks of celery chopped finely
• i bag of stuffing mix
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 lb sausage hot or mild
• salt and pepper

Directions

1. Fry sauage, add celery and onion and fry till soft

2. Add broth and stuffing mix stir well

3. Cook till correct consistency
