Liz’s Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1/2 cup of Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mix all together very well in bowl

  3. Transfer beef to a loaf pan and cover with foil

  4. Bake in oven for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.

  5. DRAIN GREASE FROM PAN EVERY 30 MINUTES

  6. serve with ketchup
