Ingredients

• 3/4 cup italian dressing
• 1 tblsp worcestire sauce
• 1 tblsp firlmy packed brown sugar
• 1 lg jalepeno pepper, deseeded and chopped
• 1 tspn allspice
• 1 tspn ginger
• 1 beef top round steak or flank steak

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a lg ziplock bag and mix till steak is fully coated

2. Place in refrigerator for at least 4 hours

3. Grill med-high heat 5-8 min each side
