Three cheese Rotini Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked rainbow pasta
  • 3 Tblsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzerella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blu cheese

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Spray 2 qt casserole dish with non stick spray

  3. Cook rotinin completly as directed on pkg and drain

  4. Meanwhile, melt butter in large saucepan over med. heat. Add Garlic, cook and stir 30-60 sec.

  5. Stir in flour and pepper, cook and stir until mixture is bubbly

  6. Gradually add milk stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens.

  7. Reserve 2 tblsp each American and mozzerella cheese for top

  8. Add remaining cheese to sauce and stir till melted

  9. Add cooked rotini to chese sauce stir gently to coat

  10. Pour into sprayed casserole dish, Sprinkle with reserved cheese

  11. Bake 20-25 min until bubbly around the edges
