Ingredients
- 400 g rump steak
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 50 g baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 red capsicum, seeded and finely sliced
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 red chilli, seeded and chopped
Directions

Heat a fry pan to hot.

Brush meat with oil and cook for 3-4 minutes each side for medium-rare.

Place steaks in a warm place, or cover with foil, and set aside for 5 minutes to rest.

Meanwhile, mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.

Slice Meat across the grain into thin strips.

Place beef and remaining ingredients in a larg bowl. Pour dressing over salad, then toss gently and serve immediately.
