Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. oat flour
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
- (assumes roughly 4g carbs, 45 g protein, 2 g fat)
- 1 tbsp. applesauce
- 1 packet artificial sweetener
- dash of cinnamon

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon batter into a pre-heated waffle
