Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 c. oat flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
  • (assumes roughly 4g carbs, 45 g protein, 2 g fat)
  • 1 tbsp. applesauce
  • 1 packet artificial sweetener
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon batter into a pre-heated waffle

  2. iron (Add some nonstick cooking spray). Cook until golden brown

  3. and serve with sugar-free syrup or unsweetened sliced strawberries.
