Fish Moroccan Snapper Fillets

Ingredients
- 2 x 200 g snapper fillets
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup corriander leaves
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley chopped
- Juice and finely grated lemon zest

Preheat oven to 180C.

Pat fish dry with paper towel. Brush with half the oil and season with pepper.

Arrange fish in a single leyer in a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients to a loose paste. Spread paste evenly over top of fish.

Seal baking dish with foil. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or unitl cooked. when cooked, the flesh will flacke away easily when pressed witha fork. Serve with vegetables or salad.
