Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mrs dash onion and herb blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1lb snow peas trimmed
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp minced shallots
- 2 tbsp slivered unsalted oven toasted almonds
Directions

Warm olive oil in saute pan.

Increase heat to medium and add snow peas, add a few drops of water while tossing quickly.

Cook about 3-4 min leaving them crisp.

Add lemon juice, toss again.

Spoon onto plate, sprinkle with shallots, almonds and mrs dash drizzle 1 tbsp of cooking juices over snow peas.
