Tater-tot Hotdish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can corn
  • minced garlic
  • minced onion
  • 8-12 oz pepper jack cheese (shredded)
  • tater tots

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef (or turkey) with garlic and onions.

  2. In a large bowl, combine meat, both cans of soup, and the can of corn.

  3. Spread evenly into a 9×13 baking dish.

  4. Cover with 1/2 of the cheese.

  5. Place tater tots in one layer over the entire pan.

  6. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes. Cover with remaining cheese and bake until cheese melts.
