Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • velveeta cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups elbow macaroni

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan, mix butter and flour on medium-high heat.

  2. Add milk and stir until sauce thickens.

  3. Add cheese to taste.

  4. At the same time, cook the noodles until they are 1/2 done.

  5. Drain noodles and pour into casserole dish.

  6. Stir cheese sauce into the noodles.

  7. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour.
