Beer-batter Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 bags chicken drummies
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup flour
  • Lowry's to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Combine beer and soy sauce in small bowl. Set aside.

  2. Combine flour and lowry’s in plastic bag.

  3. Rinse chicken and roll in flour mixture.

  4. Brown chicken wings in oil over medium-high heat.

  5. Add 1/2 of the beer mixture to the wings, reduce to medium-low heat.

  6. Cover for 20 minutes.

  7. Flip wings and add remaining beer mixture.

  8. Cover 20 additional minutes.
