Ingredients
- 1 roll sausage
- 3 potatoes, diced
- olive oil
- lowrys
- 10 eggs
- 1/4 cup half and half
- cayenne pepper
- shredded cheddar cheese
Directions

Brown sausage in small frying pan.

Fry potatoes in another frying pan, with olive oil and lowrys.

Combine sausage and potatoes in large frying pan.

Beat eggs with half and half, lowrys and cayenne pepper.

Add handful or so cheese.

Pour egg mixture over meat and potatoes and gently stir to cook the eggs.

Do not overcook the eggs. It is done as soon as the eggs stop looking runny.
