Green chili enchiladas

Directions

  1. only use boneless skinless chicken breast 2LBS

  2. boil the chicken, shred

  3. put a handful back in empty pan,

  4. add a little oil

  5. about 1/2 cup of flour

  6. make a rue, add the chicken broth back in to make a gravy

  7. add the Chile, chicken, can of cream of mushroom and a can of cream of chicken (one can what ever u have)

  8. salt

  9. pepper

  10. garlic
