Gabe’s Goulash

Gabe likes sauce more watery/runny

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 20 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1LB ground chuck 80/20 beef
  • 2 cups large elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 16oz can of whole tomatoes
  • 8oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 16oz can of golden corn/or green beans

Directions

  1. Boil elbows with oil, when done drain and add back to pot.

  2. brown beef drain some fat, add onion, salt, pepper, garlic, add whole

  3. tomatoes(coarsely chopped), add tomato sauce 1/2 can at a time to be sure

  4. not too runny, add corn.

  5. when meat mixture is done, add to the elbow pot and mix together, add water

  6. for more moisture (to make saucy, but not runny) boil for 5 minutes on med

  7. heat. Serve with garlic toast.
