Shrimp Surprise

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- canola oil
- 2 cloves of fresh sliced garlic
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- Mango, chopped
- Peanuts, chopped
- Fresh mint, chopped
- Lime
- Chili sirachi sauce
- Bibb lettuce, optional
Directions

Clean, deshell, devein, and CHOP shrimp. Saute the shrimp in some canola oil and two cloves of fresh garlic until the shrimp is opaque (well… until its pretty pink).

Toss in two teaspoons of fish sauce and remove from pan.

Now add chopped mango, chopped peanuts, chopped fresh mint, and squirts of lime.

Then a little chili sirachi sauce to give it a little unexpected heat to go with the sweetness and you’re done!

The recipe says to put it in Bibb lettuce but I didn’t have that and was content with just using a fork to slop it up.
